Bikram Yoga is a beginners yoga class that consists of the original 26 posture hot yoga sequence selected and developed by Bikram Choudhury from Bishnu Ghoshs' original 84 Hatha Yoga postures.

 

It has been experienced by millions that these 26 postures systematically work every part of the body, to give the internal organs, veins, tendons, ligaments and muscles everything they need to maintain optimum health and maximum function. Each component takes care of something different in the body, and yet they all work together synergistically, contributing to the success of every other one and extending the benefits.

In one 90-minute Bikram Yoga class, you will work every muscle, tendon, joint, ligament, internal organ and gland while systematically moving fresh oxygenated blood to every part of the body. As a result, all systems of the body are restored and rejuvenated at a cellular level. Bikram Yoga is designed as a safe daily practice.
